Maria Bradford, Fatmata Binta, and Niematulai Digrazia are three (3) of Sierra Leone’s most accomplished chefs in the Diaspora. Their gastronomic artistry has brought much needed focus on Sierra Leone, and succeeded in raising the profile of our country, and our fast developing tourism industry.
