The Tourism for All campaign led by the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Affairs [MTCA] and supported by the National Tourism Board planned an exciting day of discovery and exploration for University students, administrators and lectures. They were also accompanied by Members of Press. The participants were taken to top tourist attraction sites and gained an insight into Bio Life and Eco friendly environments.
Among many places, they visited Bureh Beach, Freetown Peninsula, Old Fourah Bay college and the National Museum. The students’ visit to the museum will facilitate implementation of discoveries into academic research. The group was happily received by locals. The excited participants were extremely happy to have gained this experience and thanked the tourism board for the experience.
